Therapy Session Information 

Clinical sessions are based on a 60-minute hourly rate.  Most couples prefer a session length of 75 minutes.  Payment is requested at the time of service and can be made by Credit card, check or Zelle.

Insurance Reimbursement

Ms. Voss provides receipts after sessions or a monthly bill which you can send directly to your insurance company (or HSA account) with session information, license information and coding for you to receive reimbursement directly. Your insurance company can clarify what you can expect to receive for out of network benefits based on your policy (usually a percentage of the fee).

Reduced Fees

Janet offers reduced fees for couples whose financial circumstances are interfering with their ability to manage the cost of therapy.  As the openings for a reduced fee rate are limited, when requesting this option, it is helpful for you to provide some information on your current situation.

Cancellation Notice

Please allow 48 hours for cancellation of an appointment in order to avoid being charged.
